Driftmark is designed to let users play without creating an account. Depending on the features and services enabled in the production version, we may handle the following categories of information:
- Gameplay and settings information stored locally on the device, such as selected mode, game state, preferences and scores.
- Technical and diagnostic information needed to operate the app and troubleshoot issues, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, crash information and basic performance information, when provided by the operating system or third-party services integrated into the app.
- Information you voluntarily send to us when you contact support, such as your email address, message, device details and attachments you choose to provide.
- Advertising-related information when advertising services are enabled, which may include device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived by a provider, app activity and ad measurement information, depending on the advertising configuration and your privacy choices.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate Driftmark and its gameplay features.
- Save or restore settings and game information locally on your device, where the app supports those functions.
- Respond to support requests, diagnose bugs and improve app reliability.
- Measure app performance and understand technical issues when analytics or diagnostics services are enabled.
- Display and measure advertising when advertising services are enabled.
- Comply with applicable law, enforce our terms and protect the security and integrity of the service.
3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Driftmark may use third-party advertising or analytics services. These providers may process information about the device, app and advertising interaction in order to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, or provide analytics, depending on the services and configuration used in the production build. If Google AdMob is used, its privacy practices also apply; users can review Google's information about how data is used with partner apps and services.

4. Tracking and Advertising Choices
Where Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework applies, Driftmark will request permission before engaging in tracking as defined by Apple. The exact permission flow depends on the production advertising and analytics configuration. Users can also manage available privacy and advertising controls through iOS settings and any in-app privacy choices provided by the advertising platform.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Driftmark, such as hosting, diagnostics, analytics, customer-support or advertising providers, where applicable. We do not sell users' personal information as a standalone business activity. Third-party providers are expected to process information only as necessary to provide their services and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and their own published policies.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain support messages and other information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to resolve requests, maintain records, comply with legal obligations or protect the service. Information stored only on your device generally remains there until you delete it through the app, reset relevant app data where supported, or remove the app from the device. If we later add server-side accounts or cloud storage, this section will be updated to describe those retention and deletion procedures.
7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal information, or to object to or opt out of particular processing. If an advertising provider supplies its own privacy-choice mechanism, those choices may also be available through the app or the provider's services.

9. Children
Driftmark is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@vitrixtechnology.com so we can review the request and take appropriate steps.
10. International Processing
Depending on the service providers used by Driftmark, information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers and follow applicable privacy laws.
